Superior bicycles have been equipped with LUMOTEC from Busch & Müller for years because they are considered the ne plus ultra among dynamo headlights for safety, reliability and ease of operation. Now Busch & Müller present the first LUMOTEC with their own invention, the newly developed and revolutionary new lighting technology IQ-TEC. At its centre is a specially developed reflector with an integrated cooling system.

One can recognize a LUMOTEC IQ Fly immediately, and not only because of its distinctive look. There is no bulb in the centre of the radically-designed, newly-developed reflector. Instead, a high-powered LED is used as an indirect light source. One glance into the "empty" reflector makes it clear why Busch & Müller chose the slogan "nothing but light" for their IQ-TEC slogan. An elegant and concise statement that becomes a genuine sensation after dark: The useable lighted area of the LUMOTEC IQ Fly is uniformly illuminated to a maximum extent and twice as wide as with conventional reflectors - simply "nothing but light".

Any normal 6V dynamo can serve as power supply for the LUMOTEC IQ Fly, so it can be immediately installed on any dynamo equipped bike. Of course, the LUMOTEC IQ Fly is available in the familiar comfort and safety versions from Busch & Müller with capacitor technology that remains on even when stationary (without accus/batteries) and/or automatic ambient light sensor switching (for hub dynamos).
